The field and building to the lower left of the image is Trewyn Elementary School, in Peoria, Illinois. I attended 3rd (partial), 4th (partial), and 5th grade there. The house we lived in was about a block away and on the street that marks the nothern perimeter of the school grounds.
2704 Latrobe Street. The street splits the image across the middle. Near the end of that block you will see 4 light colored buildings on the southern side of the street. My house was the first one from the right. The last house on that side of the street (the one next to mine) on that block was owned by a nice old lady named Mrs. Barger. Her house can be seen in the background of this
image.
