Save Your Shows

If you like to watch TV, and there are new shows this season that you like, head on over to usatoday.com and go to Save Our Shows, where they allow you to give your opinion on a number of current shows.

I've heard some rumors that The Office may get cancelled. That would be a real shame, because that show is one of the only programs on television that I watch religiously. I encourage everyone who enjoys The Office to make your voice heard there.

Bookmarks Manager Available

I've written a simple bookmarks manager available for public consumption on the site. Go to the bookmarks page to check it out. I've also included an rssfeed at the request of one of my "power users". You can login and create your own personal bookmarks, or you can just check out bookmarks that people have shared.

There is also a bookmarklet link that you can drag up into the links tab on your browser. This works very well with Mozilla type browsers and I was able to get it to work with Internet Exploiter based browsers but with a few extra steps. If you login to the site and check the "remember me on this computer" option when you do it, you'll be able to click the bookmarklet link in your links tab while you're visiting a site and it will automagically add the link to your bookmarks in my manager. This is very useful for people who use multiple computers or if you reload often.

In the future, I would like to add the ability to categorize links and organize them better.

Over the weekend, I reinstalled the machine that this website runs on. I tried my best to make sure that everything came back up the way it was before. If you notice something out of the ordinary, try to post it here, or send me an email, or come to my house banging on my door. I prefer the posting or the email option.
