OBX/Washington D.C./Hurricane Isabel Vacation

We took a vacation to the Outer Banks (OBX) in North Carolina. We arrived Saturday afternoon, and we were evacuated due to Hurricane Isabel on Tuesday at noon.

Angela and I headed back home to regroup.

The next day we were back on the road, headed to Washington D.C. We saw a lot of memorials that Wednesday, and planned to see the museums on Thursday because we knew it would be windy and rainy.

I guess we underestimated the power of Hurricane Isabel because every museum that we tried was closed due to the weather.

We got some pictures of the Capitol Building instead.
